Enon Baptist Church of Chester, Virginia was founded in October of 1849.  It was built on a one-acre tract given by founder John Alexander Strachan.  Today, Enon Baptist Church is an active member of the Southern Baptist Convention of Virginia (SBCV).  Our goal is to encourage you as we unite together to take the mighty and matchless name of Jesus to our city, state, nation, and around the world.
